–Complete rewire of all knob and tube style wiring found within the home, guaranteed!!!!! New circuits installed throughout home to balance electrical demand. New receptacles, switches, and plates for all circuitry rewired.
– Proper Repair of all plaster and framing around switches, light fixtures, and receptacles.
–Proper Repair of all holes made in plaster. Wood lath restoration with traditional wood lath and wire mesh.
-Plaster repair – brown coat, scratch coat, skimmed topcoat.
-Paint ready – skimmed and sanded for “painters’ prep” finish.
-Cleaning – a complete wipe down of the entire home from ceiling to floor, Multiple times, for a deep clean finish. Flooring will be mopped and finished with a mild cleaning solution.
Traditional plaster repair means we rebuild the plaster using the same installation methods used by tradesmen when the home was originally built. The Best Quality.
2) The One Glove
-No floor protection– floors should be sanded if requested. (Leadfree certification-recommended).

-Traditional plaster and lath board repair.
-Deep Cleaning of all areas except floor. Floor can be mopped on customers request-additional charge.
3) No Gloves
-No Floor protection – floors should be sanded after rewire (Leadfree certification-recommended).

4) Just the Bones

5) The Hatchet Rewire
– Plaster hammers used to penetrate lath and plaster. Dirty, and just gets it done.

-No floor protection, no precision cutting, no patching, no cleaning.
–Great for fire restoration projects.
Occupied Residence
Not all homes can be empty to rewire, sometimes life throws curve balls, and we have some solutions.
The live in (not recommended)
Rewire the home room by room, cleaning as we go.
The Vacationer– The best option if the home is occupied
-White Glove and One Glove rewires only.
– Home is prepared while residence are still home.
-Furniture and possessions are protected with rolled cardboard and/or Heavy Mill Plastic. Belongings are stored away to protect from airborne dust and plaster debris.
-Watch from afar- You tube videos can be made available so you may watch the progress of your home being rewired from an Air BnB down the street or from another country.
