Time and Material billing

This is best for maintenance work. Either residential or commercial, when you have a punch list of small odds and ends like bulb replacement, cosmetic repairs, or a short circuit that needs troubleshooting.

Scheduled Service Call

When something goes wrong in your home or business and you need it repaired in a timely fashion.

Provides you with an assessment of the problem, repair for no extra charge if done within 30 minutes of arrival or an estimate of the cost of the repair.

Estimate

When you need an up front price on exactly what needs to be done. A set of prints or drawings is best for this type of work. It gives the electrician and the homeowner/Client exactly what work needs to be priced and what budget you both have to work with. If additional work is requested or discovered a change order/extras sheet is presented and additional charges are put on a different invoice.

Maintenance Contract

Great for commercial clients. We give an overall inspection of the electrical wiring of your facility. We set up a maintenance log for your equipment. We set up quarterly, semi annual and annual inspections and cleanings if necessary. Check for safety issues in your lighting lay out and your emergency exiting system. We bring your facility up to safe working conditions.
